The owner and All her employees are very kind and respectful. I have not had any issues with my nails and I really love the way they treat you like family ❤. THEY ARE VERY CLEAN. I WOULD AND HAVE BEEN RECOMMENDING THEM TO EVERYONE, EVEN AT ALL THE DR’S OFFICES AND GIVING THERE CARDS OUT !! IF I HAD TO RATE THEM IT WOULD BE 100% they really are a great bunch of people and a great Business. Thank you for all your Hospitality.

I took my daughter here for her first salon experience. The staff are very friendly, patient and comforting. A friend recommended this salon to me. Again, it was for my daughter. Jennifer was very friendly and gentle. Full set acrylic with marble polish. I’m no expert on nails being that I’m not a female but from what I can tell they’re done very well. Thanks again to the lovely ladies that assisted us today.

I paid almost double than what I’ve paid at other places but I’ve never been this satisfied with my nails. They came out perfect! Got the exact length and shape I wanted and they took less time than the other places I’ve been to and she was more gentle. I’ll definitely be coming back.

My sister got a set of acrylic nails for $65 at this sad establishment. She works hard for her money and went asking for a refund as they gave her a set with a design that was not anything like what she asked for. She asked for pink nails with little hearts on them and got lumpy nails with a big zebra print heart. She went two days later and asked for a refund just for the people who own the salon to deny her a partial refund because she has “girls to pay and an office to pay for”. Well enjoy loosing consistent money to pay your talentless girls by being so inconsiderate of your customers. JT nails has terrible customer service and they’re so stingy they can’t even A) be kind when a customer brings up a complaint and B) consider a refund when their services were 1 star at best. Do not come here save your money and your grief. I attached the requested design vs. the work that was not worth almost $70 due to aesthetics and actual structure of the nail. You can see why my sister deserves a refund that this salon cannot afford apparently. ALSO, as a repeat customer- my sister was ridiculed for her eczema in her hand the first time she went and the woman that she tipped very well was laughing at her hands the entire time. This place is a joke.

I’ve been to this place before & had great service. My list visit was exceptional!! Restful & Relaxing. Had a pedicure & wax pariffin for my hands & feet. I had Amy she was wonderful!!

Great place I didn’t have a babysitter and forgot my stroller and workers kept my 10 month old occupied for me to get my nails done! Great job on the nails too!
